About Bike Muster

Bike Muster - MudgeeBike Muster is a family friendly weekend of cycling in and around the Mudgee Region in the Central Ranges of NSW.

There is on-site camping for large and small groups and nightly entertainment to keep you relaxed after your day of exploring the region.

Situated only 2 km north of the Mudgee Township, Bike Muster will be held at the Australian Rural Education Centre with a dedicated cycle path reaching nearly all the way from town. The site features ample amentities including hot showers, on-site catering and a bar.

There are also extensive pathways on-site so kids can safely ride without ventruing out onto public roads.

FREE maps of the area will guide you along some well known and some not-so-well known circuits around the area ranging from a 60km return loop to Gulgong to a 5km return loop into town and back, the choice will be yours!

What does it cost?

Registration fees for Bike Muster 2011 are currently being reviewed and will be announced later in the year when registration opens in November.

Bike Muster is designed to be an affordable weekend away in the country. Your registration fee includes breakfast & lunch (Saturday & Sunday). Registration also includes a powered camp site for either tents, caravans or campervans (3 nights), lunch on Saturday & Sunday, breakfast on Saturday, Sunday & Monday, all on-site entertainment and kids activities and free cycle touring maps of the region.

If you choose to stay offsite, you will need to purchase an event pass which will give you personal access (no vehicles or camping) to the site to take part in the nightly entertainment or day time activities. Children under 5 are FREE. We strongly recommend you stay on-site to get the most our Bike Muster.
