What’s on the program?

2010 Bike Muster Program- NB: Program may change for 2011.

We have a great program of events for everyone at Bike Muster 2010, here is what we have planned:

NB: Breakfast & Lunch is included in your registration fee, you only need to add the food option if you wish to have dinner included as well.

Friday 2nd April (Good Friday):

9am – Bike Muster site open
12noon – Sausage Sizzle lunch
2pm – One in All in get to know you ride – this ride will be suitable for all levels of riders and will be approx. 25km in length, it will be a great way to have a cruise around and get to know the other riders.
4pm – 6pm Free Time – go for a ride, grab a coffee in town, snooze out…
6pm – Pre-dinner drinks followed by Dinner and Trivia night in the Big Shed.

Saturday 3rd April:

7am – Breakfast
8.30am – Our organised Bike Muster rides leave, various grades of difficulty
12noon Follow keen cyclist and winemaker Phil van Gent to his winery - Pieter van Gent Winery & Vineyard for a tour around the premises and lunch.
2.30pm – 4.30pm Treasure Hunt Ride – score points by answering as many questions as you can on the list, can be ridden on your own or in a team – time to complete is limited – winners announced at dinner
6pm – Results and Presentations of prizes from the treasure hunt ride followed by dinner and live music in the Big Shed

Sunday 4th April (Easter Sunday):

7am – Breakfast
8.30am – Our organised Bike Muster rides leave, various grades of difficulty
11am – Easter Egg Hunt – get on your bike and track down that chocolate!
12noon – Ride out to Robert Stein Winery & Vineyard for lunch on the deck overlooking the dam and check out the Motorcycle Museum whilst you are there. Make your way back to the Bike Muster site at your leisure.
3pm – Bike games on site, get your crew together for a bit of lighthearted fun.
5.30pm – Evening night ride – If we have enough demand we’ll run a night ride, you must have a proper set of lights (sorry, the old Dolphin torch taped to the handlebars won’t do…)
6pm – Kick back in the Big Shed with a drink, followed by dinner and movie
